What information we collect
- Contact details you provide when booking a session or purchasing the workbook, such as your name and email address.
- Information you share to prepare for your mock interview, such as your course, university and general circumstances.
- Payment information is processed by our payment providers; CASReady does not store your card details.
How we use your information
- To deliver the service you have booked.
- To send feedback and service information.
- To respond to enquiries.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share information with
CASReady uses third-party providers to run parts of the service, including Vercel for website hosting, Calendly for scheduling, Stripe and Gumroad for payments and digital delivery, Microsoft Teams for online sessions and Zoho for email. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep information
Retention depends on why the information is held. General enquiries may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Customer and payment records may need to be retained for UK tax and accounting purposes, typically for around six years from the end of the relevant tax year.
Your rights
